Transfering in pharm school

Can someone please tell me how one can transfer from an illinois pharm school to florida pharm school? I want to know if its possbile and how likely as well...

Most pharmacy schools will only admit students into P1. You need to contact the school you hope to go to.

We had a transfer at UF as I recall. I can't recall if it was the first year or second year (first year I think). I suggest contacting each school individually to find out what your options are.
