I am currently finishing up my first year of residency. I have signed my contract for next year; however, my contract allows me to leave with a 30 day notice. I just want to know what my rights are in terms of being allowed to interview at other places. Legally do I have to tell my program director. What about taking personal days to interview. Where do I find this information.
