I am currently in an anesthesia program (first year) in the Midwest (as one can tell from the screen name)-However, I am finding that I am missing the East Coast (Northeast)-thus, I am thinking of transferring back to the EC to my home programat my med school-I had received a LOR from the program chair at my home program;board scores in the 240's;just not sure how to go about initiating this entire process; in good standing at my current program. Any suggestions-just finding that I am simply an East Coast kind of guy as this is where I grew up and did med school.
