Does it affect your chances of getting into medical school at all if you transfer from one four year university to another four year?

No. Just do well. And do not make a habit of switching UG's like candy. Medical schools do not want to accept indecisive individuals. They want people who make smart choices. So if you seems that you transfer, don't like your school, transfer again.. it may seem unfavorable.
