transferring from private to state school

basically the private institution i am attending now has decreased the amount of aid they are giving me for next year thus, i plan on transferring to a state school because I really do not want to pay thousands in loans.

However, I am worried as to how this would look for med school admissions.
The state school I plan on transferring to has ranked higher than my current private institution.

Your reason is legitimate. If a school asks about it just tell them the truth.
