Transferring in VA Pharmacy

Does anyone know if when transferring from one VA hospital to another if you keep your salary or if it would potentially go down based on your new location?

I've noticed some major differences in salary in various states even when cost of living is not that different ($77,000 - $122,000) Sometimes the pay is lower in higher cost of living areas.

Any idea? 🙂

The VA uses a pay grade scale. You get paid as a GS/<whatever number>. Unless you change pay grades, which you shouldn't just by transferring locations, your income SHOULD stay the same.
