It's February, and I would like to know the real-life feasability of transferring residency programs in a non-competitive field. I'm talking about both the paperwork and the impact on the current program (of course they won't like it.)
Has anyone done this and what have the reactions been? Was it worth the effort?
Can you, say, look for unfilled programs after Match Day without being involved in the Match at all?
