I'm currently a pre-med student that's majoring in Biochemistry. The university that I'm currently attending is considering downsizing their science program drastically because of lack of state funding. One of the science majors that they might cut out is Biochemistry and a few other science programs. I still want to finish my biochemistry degree (I only have two years left and I really enjoy the classes) and one of the schools I'm currently looking at is ETSU, which is also the medical school I want to attend. If I did transfer to ETSU(assuming I got accepted) and I enrolled in their pre-med program as a Junior and applied to ETSU's medical school, would they look down on my application since I transferred there as a junior as opposed to starting there as a freshman? Or does it even matter?

Thank you in advance!

I don't think they'd care at all. Being there doesn't make you any more likely to be accepted, either.

wont' make a goddamn bit of difference. ETSU looks for instate only so if you're not a TN resident tough luck.
