Transferring ...

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
If you have a good reason for it, I don't think it will hurt you. You will be asked about it though.

If you can show that your grades are consistent and you can do well at the University School and CC. Then they will not consider it as bad on your part. Just keep your grades as high as possible and do well on the MCAT so they can see that you actually got a good education and know the material.

Generally, does transferring from one college to another affect me in a way? Do medical schools see this as something bad?

Not if there's a good reason. I transferred 4 times, and I seem to be doing just fine this cycle. I had extremely good family-related reasons for doing so, and no one's even asked me about it so far.
