Transitional year - Lehigh Valley or GRMERC (grand rapids)

I loved both of these programs .
Allentown PA and Grand Rapids MI seem the same to me. I wouldn't mind living in either place.
I hear LVH has undergone some changes.
What are your impressions? Fmr interns, current interns, people who interviewed at either place.
