Transitioning from Managed Care to Pharma

Hi,

I have been working in managed care since I was a technician. I have a pharmacist manager role now in a large PBM and have been approached many times during my meetings with pharma account managers about careers in pharma.

Has anyone made the switch from managed care to pharma? I'm a little nervous and have seen many of my colleagues do it...just want to hear any advice from those who have made this switch.

Would my day to day be completely different?
