i got my app processesed today (july 29th)

but for some weird reason i've got transimission dates from all the schools that I applied to going back to july 15, 17, 18, 7, 8, etc etc..all before my app was processed...does anyone know what this means?

have i missed their admissions because they transmitted before my app was processed?

please clarify the diff between processed and transmission

thanks all!!!

Pretty sure that the 7/15-7/19 dates were the last time that the schools "gathered" the applications from AMCAS. Don't worry, the schools will pick up yours soon, if they haven't already. You will soon learn that the dates on the AMCAS site aren't always something to fret about. I think the difference between "processed" and "transmitted" is that when AMCAS is done verifying your app, it makes it available (processed) for schools to "pick up" (transmitted).

Hey

I submitted my application on July 13 but it has not yet been processed or transmitted. What's going on? Has anyone experienced this?
