Hi,

About how long does it take to get to NYC from Stratford if using public transit? Apparently you can take the NJ transit to Camden and then a train from there to trenton before taking another train into the city. Is that correct? Is there any convenient public transportation option that would allow me to get to NYC within 2 hours from the Stratford area? Thanks!

based only on vacation time in the area, Id say 3+ hours is a pretty good estimate.

Plan on 4, leave early and enjoy the ride! 🙂

The money you would save on gas alone could probably finance your ACP year at Tulane..hmm another thing to think about.

Google it

Thanks for the advice, halflistic. For those who do go to this school can you tell me what would be the fastest route/shortcuts,etc.? By car, it's only about 1 hour and 49 minutes so I'm wondering if there's a similar time length for public transportation.

Since this is the pre-med forum, you might have more luck posting questions to students of a school in that schools med student forum.

There is no public transportation that will be faster than driving due to there being multiple transfers and lay over times.
