would depend clearly on what procedure your doing.

for example, you wouldnt need a 10 guage forcep if you were going a dental amalgam right?

This is the pre-dent forum... you might consider going to the dental forum. But maybe I am wrong. I hope I dont have to have all that known before I enter Dental school.
