It says in RR biochemistry that increasing methionine, valine, isoleucine and odd-chain fatty acids is considered a treatment for Proprionic Acedmia. My question is why? Also shouldnt giving odd chain fatty acids make it worse? Here is a screenshot of the page from the chapter: http://i.imgur.com/ZcMay.jpg the part highlighted in red is what i don't understand.

It should be decreased, instead of increased. Do you have access to StudentConsult? Maybe the errata is posted there.

Ya i did some more research about it and you're right it should be decreased. Yes i do have access, i will check later though for the errata.
