I can't respond to your PM because it says your Inbox is full 
By default the Inbox is set to display messages from the last 30 days. Set it to display all messages since the beginning and make sure they're all deleted. Also make sure to delete all the messages since the beginning in your Sent folder as those also contribute to the message limit. If you've already done all that and it's still not working let me know.
