hi y'all

i'm trying to submit a secondary (to umd) and the preview is running all my paragraphs together. i did a search but didn't find anything that worked. hints, anyone?

Are you talking about USC?? I had the same problem, so I called up the admission office. They said it happens to everyone and told me not to worry about it.

I don't remember what I did on my UMD app, but keep in mind that a lot of times the paragraphs look screwed up on our copy, but when the admissions office prints it out it looks fine.

Not to be redundant, but just to add to this point... When I submitted my AMCAS application and printed out a copy, it looked like all my paragraphs ran together, and it had me pretty worried ("Ohmygod! They're going to think I don't know what a paragraph is! They'll think I'm illiterate!", you know typical neurotic pre-med stuff ) But at one of my interviews, I was able to sneak a peek at my application sitting on my interviewers desk, and all my paragraphs were there... it turns out that even though it may look like you're submitting it without the indentations, I guess they show up when the schools receive the essay. Hopefully it is the same on secondary applications too. 🙂
