Does anyone have good recommendations on pain management for trismus? Any specific exercises? Does botox help at all?
 
Have had a few of these 2/2 TMJ. Assuming they've already seen a dentist and/or ENT, can try muscle relaxants and PT (latter probably more helpful). Yes botox to masseter and temporalis can help--I sent last patient to an orofascial pain specialist for it.
