Trouble Accessing COMbank?

For those of you using COMbank, have any of you had trouble accessing it? I just purchased it today and over 3 hours later I still cannot access the site using my email and password. I've contacted them multiple times thru their website email without a response. Anyone else had similar problems and what did you do?
