if you want someone out you dont have to make secret recordings to accomplish that...

i have had many clients demand not to work with certain providers, and just to keep the clients happy we usually oblige if its reasonable..

no surgeons and asc/hospital administrators..

if they pull me into a meeting and say "we dont want dr smith here" for WHATEVER reason - hes gone if I want to keep that account.

i wouldn't need to build a case against the person other than : its the best thing for the group and this is what we have decided.

i dont know why this management corporation felt the need to build this case to remove her, they can just do it because they want to
