Trouble typing in bits of UCSF 2ndary =/

Members don't see this ad.

Some portions (ie SS#) have no text box to be filled in, or I am simply unable to click on them.....i'm doing this on a mac......but should still work.....anyone else having a problem?

No, it appears to be working for me. I can click the space and type. I have a PC. I wouldn't think that having a mac would be an issue though. Wish I knew what the problem could be...all I can think of is to just redownload the app.

I have a Mac as well and while some of the boxes work some - like the SS# section don't.

I just e-mailed UCSF to ask about this problem. If they don't get back to me, I guess I'll try to type in word and space things correctly to fit on the app.

I'll let you know if I find anything out.

tried it on PC today and the font and everything works quite a bit better, and no problems encountered.....so i just used a PC on campus to do it haha.
