You think so? Head and neck seems wayyyyy worse than pelvis. I didn't think pelvis was that bad.

Same here. I thought the head/neck region was much harder than this...

However, i've noticed that it really depends on the person and how they learn. I guess I can sort of see where Bad Virus is coming from. A lot of my classmates think it was the easiest region because everything is just there. I guess to them it was somehow easier to learn. For me though, just thinking about "salpingopharyngeus" makes me cringe. I'm just glad that block is over.

When is your test? The best thing is to just kick it in Lab with as many atlases as possible and a bunch of friends after the actual lab when you aren't doing dissections and identify the crap out of everything on more than one body. Today, I was in there for 6 hours with a bunch of my class mates just going at it.

Since you mentioned the salpi . . . name the other two longitudinal pharyngeal muscles, their innervation and function 😀

Oh BTW, don't make the same mistake I did . . . aka don't call the seminal vesicle an ovary. I got a perfect on our lab practical except for that one. Lol, should have seen the massive penis hanging on the other side, But I swear his bladder looked like a uterus. Also, don't call it the testicular artery or vein if the person has a vajayjay. Don't forget that the left gonadal vein inserts into the left renal vien as opposed to the right gonadal vein inserting into the inferior vena cava.

Also, don't call coccygeus the coxyjesus muscle, my friend did that one.

nothing too much...

superficial temporal artery and auriculotemporal nerve run together
masseteric n runs w/ deep temporal art.
great auricular nerve works its way up to the parotid g
from outside going in: ant. digastric, mylohyoid, geniohyoid, genioglossus, and intrinsic tongue muscles
n. to mylohyoid splits off inf. alveolar right before it goes into mandibular foramen
the supratrochlear n. is medial to the supraorbital n
subclavian vein is fixed to 1st rib
internal jugular v is a continuation of the sigmoid sinus (which drains most of venous blood from brain, along w/ CSF)
cut off the the frontal nerve, and you'll be looking at the lev. palpabrae sup. which is underneath it


That's all I can think of for now, but I'll let you know if I can think of anything else. They're pretty basic. It was all about relationships for that block. Again, glad it's over😀

I'm having a explosion of knowledge on embryo and I heard about this program "Simbryo".
The problem is, 1st my school library just have the 8th edition of Langman, so they don't have this program and second, I can't use the free site, even though I've already update my version of adobe flash player to the latest one. Can any one tell me how the site works --' ?
