Hello, I'm posting in the medical students forum because I want get inputs from medical students who are a part of/involved with adcom. I'm currently waitlisted post-interview at my alma mater and I recently submitted my letter of intent. Then, an MS4 from the school offered to write a letter of support to the adcom on my behalf. My question is will this ever hurt? My thought process is that worst case scenario it won't do anything. I know this might be school-dependent but is there any chance it will hurt my chances of getting pulled off the waitlist? What are your thoughts?
