Trouble with schedule DAT exam...

I am re-applicant and I forgot to do every process... so silly..

I have trouble with the schedule DAT.. they asked me eligibility ID and my last name but I don't know if I need to put my dentpin number and my last name or.. different one.. if it is not dentpin then I don't remember which one I put it in last year....


also, Can I just use my old dentpin number this year?? or should I get a new one for this cycle ??

I recommend that you call ADA and confirm this with them. They are the best people to answer it correctly for you.
