trouble with western U payment

any1 having trouble paying the supp fee for western U online?

it says "Please enter a valid credit card number and expiration date. Visa Card numbers are 16 digits long."

i know i entered it correctly and i used this card like an hour ago to pay for another supp fee

Seriously, just call them to resolve the issue. You have your OWN admissions counselor (they divide them up by letter of your last name) and they answer on the first ring. What more is there to love?

They are easily the friendliest school I call for help. Unlike another university, located in Boston (that is not Harvard or Tufts), that gives you a machine rambling about the history of the dental school for 20 minutes.
