Are men considered an officially minority for vet school applications yet?

I hope so. On my KSU or LSU (I forget which) supp app it asked about minority status or something like that. Being a white, caucasian male I've never been a minority so I put as a joke (even said it was meant to be tongue in cheek) that my being a male makes me a minority in this case lol.

I've been wondering how well that's going to go over with adcom lol.
