Not any step taken , but started thinking of getting into 2014 match. So low chances to get matched I suppose. How PD look on getting into match second time?

I think he/she means not having started the process of ERAS.

Given no other details of your application, I believe you should always try if being a doctor is what you want to do.

I'm planning to take my Step 1 exam at the end of June. So, if apply for match this year and no results of CS yet, or even CK, I'm in a worry that the possibility of failling the 2014 Match is great. But nevertheless I would like to try. So, my question is would the fallen 2014 Match would be a minus for 2015 Match?

I am assuming you are an FMG; if you are not, please feel free to ignore the advice below.

Applying without a complete application is expensive and foolhardy. Many US residencies require FMGs have all the exams completed prior to application, the NRMP requires that all are done by the date of ROL and many programs require ECFMG certification to apply.

It appears that you will only have Step 1 done by the time of application; this and being an FMG will make your application less attractive.

Lastly, in regards to your question: some programs will screen out applicants who have applied the year before. There is no centralized list to tell you which will do this. Do not apply until your application is as good as it will get.

Agreed. Don't ever apply to the match without a complete application. I've never heard of it working.

Quoting for emphasis.

I can understand the desire to try to apply and see if you can "get lucky." But the reality is that as an FMG, you just will not get interviews if you haven't completed your USMLEs, and as WS said you might actually harm your chances. If you really want to just give yourself a puncher's chance and think you will have your step 2 scores back by the March, you could fill out ERAS and sign up for the NRMP and try to get a spot in the SOAP.

I applied to the match this year having only completed all my steps in Nov ending . I took step 1 in june. Step 2 cs in August and Step 2 ck in November. I only started recieving interviews when all my results were out and some programs even admitted to me when i called regarding my application status that they hadn't even looked at my application.
I had good scores btw but due to reasons beyond my control ( and an ever increasing YOG) i absolutely had to take that chance of applying this year.
I did recieve a couple of ivs but if i had applied earlier i would have received much more.
I will let you know if i ended up matching or not on Monday and we can both see if it paid off but i believe if you plan you time wisely from now its possible especially if you can take Step 2 cs (which you can even start preparing from now on weekends) in the early part of the summer.
If you think you would need more time to prepare and would be very strained with the timeline then it may be best to wait another year.

Honestly, I don't know how many time do I need for CS preparation. Read somewhere that a month is about enough 😕
BTW I have 5,5 years of work experience in my home country, graduated in 2006, so YOG is not a plus for me. So, you understand why I'm in a hurry. Have a GC also

I prepared for CS in 3 weeks . It can be done. I took step 1 June 30.(last day).
Just make sure that you have someone to practice with and take the exam very seriously.
Use U World and first aid and you are golden . Make sure you have someone run the clock , time flies when you are in that room.
If you need help please let me know. I have gone through the same thing and i feel i could have saved time if i had someone to advise me.
The GC is also an advantage which should soften the blow of your YOG.

Latvian boy is say, "I want go America doctor one day."
Father say, "I send you America."
Son is thank father. Make tears of happy. Father use for salty potato.
Father think moment, say, "Son, I no send you America doctor."
