I want to research programs, but I have no idea where to really start. I live in Texas. I have an MSW already, but am more interested in changing careers to LSSP. Someone help me to know what I should start looking at for programs!

My general advice:
1. Make sure you understand what the degree can and cannot provide in terms of competencies, licensure, etc. Think of the career you want and match it to the right degree.
2. Avoid online schools. It's okay to have some online didactics, but most of your training should on on-site.
3. Look at who has jobs in your desired area and find out where they trained.
4. A number of the state universities in Texas (both the main campuses and their local offshoots) offer degree programs that will lead to eligibility for LSSP licensure. Typically you're looking at a master's program in a department of education or psychology. A few examples:

Seriously, these programs are plentiful. Best of luck.
