TS vs AA which one is slightly more important

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
AA factors in arguably the most important and least important sections: RC and QR (respectively) to your individual science scores.....so only an admissions officer could tell you whats more important! if you have a super high TS and RC but a deadly QR, you're waaaaaaaaaaay better off then a super high TS and QR with a low RC.

When schools say, their average students have an 18 DAT they mean 18 AA. So I will say AA is more important. But not by a lot.

You would rather have 22AA/20TS. Just think about it.

If you have 22 TS then you probably have some high science scores... all over 20 for sure and probably one or two near 23-25. So for you to have a 20AA with that, you had to have done mediocre or poorly on RC, QR, or both.

For the 22AA and 20TS, you would probably have around 18-22 I'd say on the science sections which are pretty good. And then you'd also have good RC and QR scores to give you the 22AA.

I'm in sort of the same boat, where my TS > AA. Like Streetwolf said, my QR tanked my AA down to 20. However, there are some schools like Uconn that bring up TS before AA on their website. So maybe didactic heavy schools will look first at TS before anything else, given their priority in educational philosophy ? Just my guess.
