Can anyone please help me with my interview. I need to know what kind of questions they could possibly ask. Will they ask about current events or anything like that?? Please let me know!!! I'm nervous!!

Well I can think of a few right now:

1. Name a time you have encountered a conflict while working on a team? How did you go about resolving your conflict?

2. Name a time you have worked with a physically disabled individual? What did you like and dislike most from this experience?

3. What do you look forward to most at our school? What do you like least about us?

4. Describe an experience you had while working with a physical therapist/rehabilitation team and how did this experience influence your career decision?

5. What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?

SITUATIONAL QUESTIONS (I made these up based on a manual of job-interview questions given to us)

6. Your 15 year old female patient just privately disclosed to you that she is pregnant and does not want you to tell her parents. Pregnancy is a contraindication to treatment X which you were performing, and you immediately cease treatment X. At the next session, her dad sits in on her treatments and asks you why you stopped using X. How do you react?

7. Your patients wife asks to speak with you and becomes very upset that you are not providing her husband with the same intensity of treatment, the same equipment, nor similar exercises as the other patients she has seen you working with in the gym. She is angry that you are not offering equal care for her husband. How do you respond?

8. You notice that your coworker has become very pessimistic, frustrated, easily angered, and less reliable the last few weeks at work. What steps do you take to resolve this situation?

9. You are treating a 12 year old boy who will be undergoing tumor resection surgery in the next 72 hours. During the treatment, the boy tells you that he understands why the doctor wants him to have surgery but would rather continue with his other therapies (chemo/radiation). He does not want the surgery. He admists that he only agreed to it because his parents said that he had to do it. How do you react?

10. You are working in a private clinic. You suspect that your co-worker has began a personal relationship with one of the clients who comes into your clinic. You notice that she has also stopped charging this client for a number of treatments. How do you react?

I'm sure I can make up more when I'm bored.

When I was interviewing I had the very same question. You would be greatly benefited by choosing to use the search function, there have been plenty of these threads.

thank you SO much!! those definitely helped, and by all means, if your bored, please share any more you can think of!
