TUCOM in Las Vegas

I heard a few weeks ago that they are opening a branch in Las Vegas to begin classes Fall 2004. The staff has already bought homes & relocating etc. I contacted ADCOM, they said they are waiting for one more license, then they start construction. They will have their okay in December. She said I should apply now to TUCOM, then in time they will ask interviewees/accepted students if they want to go here vs. Vallejo. There will be 76 spots for the starting 2004 class, and over 100 the following year. I'm wondering if accepted, who will take vegas vs. Mare Island? Any more news? I feel like I'm applying so late now, but I live in Vegas and this is awesome! I don't have to sell my house etc. 🙂

Nah, if I got accepted I'd stay in the Bay Area and go to Mare Island. Too much time in Vegas and I'd probably become a stripper or something. I can only take Vegas in 4 day stints...
