I understand that TUCOM-NV interviews started yesterday and today.
I have an interview there next Monday and would enjoy hearing about what took place. (i.g. interview format and questions, schedule, etc.)

I also have an Interview there this coming Monday. I believe the interview is conducted by a panel of admissions committee members and it is in a group style (5-6 students being interview at once). Look forward to seeing you there.

Good news for you guys... they removed the panel style interview over there. It's just a typical 2 on 1 interview. Good luck, it's a great school
 
This must be a new change. I remember them saying that it would be a group interview when I scheduled. I'm glad to hear about the change.
 
How do you know that the panel format was discontinued?

They also told me that it would be this way, and that was only about 2 weeks ago. I believe I'd prefer the panel style with multiple students in the room. I feed off of their energy.

I know because I interviewed there... but Mare Island still uses the panel format. This 2 on 1 format is much better in that it lets them ask you many more questions and get to know YOU.
 
Good luck to you all! Don't worry. All the interviewers are extremely friendly. It is a 2 on 1 interview and like everyone has said before, know your primary and secondary apps inside and out.
 
Cool.. so are you started this year C/O 2008? or next year?


Also, when did you interview? last week? what was the day like?

My wife and I are driving from UT. We're excited. Vegas is my first choice too. I have a good feeling about the school and the students. It sounds like everyone is nice and truly the compassionate/helping type. That is the atmosphere that I am looking for.
