Hi, congratulations to you guys!
I wish I was one of you but unfortunately I didn't receive the interview call. I actually had very high hope for Tufts. Could you look at my stats and let me know where I can improve my qualifications?

NBDE part I - 90, NBDE part II - 83, Dental school GPA - 3.01, TOEFL - 640 (took IBT after applying for Tufts and got the score of 102 but didn't send it to Tufts), three-year professional experience in my home country, a U.S. MPH degree expected to complete in next May, and some related research and working experiences in the U.S.

My application was complete on Aug 27.
Please help me. Thank you in advance.

My scores are :

Part 1 : 87
Part 2 : 77🙁
GPA : 3.0
TOEFL : 109

I have no experience cause I'm a fresh graduate. Got my degree in April '08.

MINALIU: You have great scores! And a great resume to boast. Don't give up hope so soon! If not Tufts, you'll be hearing from other wonderful universities. Good luck!

I asked them by email and got the response that applications are still under review. I got the email today. I think it's a little weird.

I had posted this in acceptance thread , i am posting this again so that all who are in the process get a very good idea.. and this is to tell all of you guys that an average person like me can do it then everyone else can also make it....just give your best

stats-
NBDE I- 91(2006 Dec) Reappeared for fun and got 87🙁
NBDE II -82( 2007 May)
Toefl- cbt 286 ,Then reappeared ibt had 114, then again appeared and got 108

Lessons to learn from this please do not give the exam again and again,be satisfied with what you have.

Applied to last year -ucla,ucsf, llu, bu, umn, tufts, nyu etc etc applied to all except upenn. I wish i had applied to upenn

This year applied to TUFTS, upenn, llu, ucsf, pacific.

Interviewed last year- LLU, bu, umn,nyu, uthscsa, mich

acceptance- nyu,bu, mich

Waitlisted-llu,umn,

Rejected by me-bu,mich ( due to family reasons)

Differed admission - nyu ( thank god i dint go there)

Interviewed this year- TUFTS, got call from LLU turned it down

Waiting for- none of the colleges, going to cancel all my other apllications, i hope this will help everyone waiting for the interview.
