has anyone applied?/?
I applied but I haven't heard anything back after I mailed the supplement documents. Last i heard from them was when they received my CAAPID and asked me for supplemental docs. They have mentioned not to email or call them to check on application completion status.
From the email:
"Please note that due to the volume of applications we receive, we are not able to provide any status information over the phone or via email, including inquiries regarding the receipt of specific application documents (National Dental Board scores, TOEFL scores, letters of recommendation, etc.) We ask that you refrain from contacting our office with these inquiries. It is our policy that if any information is missing, the Admissions Office will contact you and request this information. If you do not hear from us, you can assume that your file is under review by the Admissions Committee. All status changes will be communicated via written correspondence.
Please allow a minimum of two to four weeks to process your file. As this is a rolling admissions process, we cannot predict exactly when a particular applicant will be notified of a status change. Once a decision has been reached, you will be contacted in writing. Please note that interviews will begin in September 2011 and continue until our class fills. Invitations for interviews will begin to be issued in late August. Our goal is for all applicants to receive a written decision by the end of January 2012."

Please advice -Tufts needs a score of above 90 for part 1 and above 85 for part 2.Do they make exceptions??? I have lower scores.SHould i apply??

When I asked them if I can send sealed NBDE scores they replied - .The NBDE scores must come directly from the testing facility as the scores differ from what test takers receive.
Does it mean I have to order my NBDE scores from ADA? What did you all do? Pls reply!

Yes,the score reports have to be sent directly from ADA to the school.This holds good for most of the schools.
Hi,
They emailed me saying that I can send the score reports directly to the school, if they are in sealed envelopes.
Now I am confused . I called them but they are not picking up! Is there anyone who sent a sealed NBDE report?

Thank you. When I emailed them to ask them if I need to send anything, they said that only if accepted you need to send in transcripts, ECE, and other documents. But as for now, nothing is to be sent. Hope that helps!
I am sorry, I must have misundersstood your question. I didnt send in any transcript because after i sent my caapid I got a letter from tuft to only send in a 2x2 photo, nbde I and II, toefl, and a check for $90. They didnt tell me to send in the transcript (and i know it says on the website). Wait till they send you the letter. I hope THIS helps.

Do they notify us about app. completion? The last email I received was 9days before and they asked for NBDE, TOEFL and a photo. Which I already ordered well before I got their email.
I sent an E-mail asking my app. status 2days before but haven't received their reply.

Yes I have been accepted at UIC, I have deposited $5000 fee also, but my first preference is not UIC, although its a good school. Let's see what's gonna happen.

Did you guys get application completion email from them? - If yes, around what date? - I haven't received any application completion email or any update after I submitted the supplemental application. They are not responding to my emails either.
If you recieved the Interview call direclty without any email about the application completion - could you tell me the date around which you submitted your supplement application and other documents - I am trying to draw a timeline. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
They asked for supplemental application fee on May 3rd and I got interview invitation e-mail on August 16th.
I got their email that they havnt recieved my photo.I thought it was postal delay. Hw do i make sure that they have recieved it now .I emailed them bt they didnt reply.Should i send it again. Please help.
I really don't know. But as e-mail did not work for you try calling them as thier deadline is approaching soon. Best of luck!!!
