Tufts bio Rec and 40 hours poof

So I received an email from tufts that I have not yet submitted my letter if recommendation but on adea it says I submitted my committee letter. They are asking for a biology rec and a second. Also where do I send the 40 hours of poof to? Adea or tufts?

I got the same exact email today too! Does anyone know what we should do about this? All my other schools accepted the committee letter and said my application was complete.
Tufts also stated not to contact the admissions office because they will delay our app? :/

How did u provide proof about hte 40 hours of shadowing?

You are supposed to have a letter of recommendation written by a general dentist who you shadowed for at least 40 hours to write that in his/her letter.

if i am submitting a committee letter how does that work? I already submitted a committee letter to adea. Would I have to request for another letter to be send to adea?

The dentist I shadowed wrote me a recommendation that my school attached to the committee letter. Maybe this is an error on Tufts side?

Should I just call or email their admissions office?

i have also applied to Tufts and got application complete email today. as part of the letters of recommendation, you were supposed to submit your dentist' s LOR. if you are submitting committee letter you are given an option to submit only one extra LOR which is going to be your dentist's.
