Just received the following e-mail from Tufts:
The November 1 deadline to apply to Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine is approaching! We know that many of you are hard at work completing our application.
First, wed like to tell you that we will accept applications until Monday, November 2, 2009, at 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time. You can submit your application anytime between now and 9:00 am on November 2.
To help facilitate completing the application, here are some answers to common questions.
1. There is no need to wait until your evaluators have submitted their letters before you submit your application. If you are ready to submit your application, go ahead. Your evaluations will be matched to your application when they arrive.
2. Even if you are currently enrolled in courses, you should request an official transcript of your coursework completed through summer 2009. Then, you should request another transcript once you have completed the fall semester. There is no deadline for receipt of fall grades.
3. Our mailing address for transcripts and other supporting documents is:

4. Sometime in mid November, you will be able to track the status of your application using our electronic application management ! system. We will notify you when the system is available. B ut please be patient! It will be a while before we can update all applicants' records with what has been received in our office, i.e., transcripts and letters of evaluation.
