I just got an update email from Tufts saying they will be putting up the tracking page later today!
I guess they had 700 applicants this year!

Thank you for your recently submitted application for admission to Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. We received close to 700 applications and are nearly done with the first phase of processing.
We will upload your application to our Graduate and Professional Schools Application Management System later today. After this upload is complete, you will automatically receive an email from us. This email will include a website link and a user name and password. You will be able to log onto this site to check whether your credentials (transcripts, letters of evaluation, and GRE scores) have been received in our office.
If you are taking courses this fall at an entirely new/different school than you have previously attended, please ignore the notation of whether that transcript has been received or is missing. No fall grades have been received as of now. Please remember to submit transcripts with fall grades as soon as they are available. There is no deadline for them to be received by.
If any of your credentials are missing, please continue to log on periodically to check your status. If transcripts, letters, or GRE scores are missing, you should check with your registrar/evaluators/ETS to ensure that they are sent (or resent).
This website for status checking is our most efficient way to communicate with you about the status of your application. Please use this site to ensure that your application is complete.
