I heard that 75% ~ 80% of people who interview at Tufts ultimately get accepted. Can anyone confirm this?

When I intervied, they said that closer to 70% of interviewees receive acceptances right off the bat. Around 5-10% are rejected and the rest are alternates or "holds" (usually one is held if his/her application isn't fully complete).

So if you get an interview, you have a really good shot!

I was looking through the Tufts info booklet that I got today to go along with the interview invite and on page 30 they discuss the Tufts Dental School class of 2009.

According to their chart they had 2953 application of which 491 were interviewed and 331 accepted.

That makes it 67.4% acceptance if you interview.
