I know it starts at 9AM but does anyone know when it ends? Trying to figure out if I should book a 4:30 flight or to go a little later.

If possible I would go with the later flight. Traffic in Boston is insane.

Take the Silver Line at South Station (5-10min walk). It's dirt cheap and travels underground so no major traffic.
My day ended at around 2:00pm.
