you mean, if the interview takes place over 2 days or 1? unless things have changed since i was there, it's just 1 day. there is supposed to be dinner the night before at a resident's house, but it doesn't always happen because the program is small and frequently the resident is on call.
Mine was a 1 day interview with a dinner the night before.
I wasn't able to attend the dinner so I can't comment on that.
The interview day starts around 8.15-8.30. There is a brief presentation by the PD and after that appr. half of the group goes for a tour of the facility and the other half gets interviewed. After you do both you're free to go. Everyone meets in a conference room in between the interviews to grab a bite and chat with the residents.
I was there on a Saturday and we had two residents and a peds fellow talk to us (on their day off!). They pretty much answered all the questions we had. They were very honest and informative.
I got out around 1.30 so not too bad.
On my interview day everyone interviewed with 3 people including one CA-3 resident.
