Tufts: Posner Hall info?

Heading to Boston this fall! I am considering doing the dorm thing at the beginning, since it'll make moving a little less of a headache (finding housing + possible roommates, area info, paying first/last/deposit), and I feel that I'll be able to make a better decision on housing after being in Boston for a bit. Does anyone have any comments/info about Posner Hall? How do cost, location, and overall quality compare to finding housing elsewhere?

I have a quick question (I'm a premed student entering UOP in 2005):

How hard is it to get into a GPR or AEGD program? I want to do a 2 year program, but I don't know how hard it is to get in.
