Tufts - state or private

Hi, I have a question regarding Tufts dental program. I have heard in the past that they were a private school so they were OOS/international friendly, but have recently heard they do not anymore. They have not replied to any of my emails or calls so I have no information from them. Is this school a state school now? Are they still OOS/international friendly?
