Anyone have any suggestions on the video?
I am working on it now but I am not sure I really understand what they want.

You may answer with either a 500 word essay or a video of two minutes or less. If you choose the video option, please DO NOT include animals in your video.

A.A. Milne once said, “The things that make me different are the things that make me.” Describe a time or experience in your own life when your actions captured what makes you.

You might want to try using a mise en scene approach. Very effective in capturing the "story".
