I just checked my AADSAS and am waitlisted at Tufts. That is quite a bummer.

I have 3.6 gpa, 19AA, 18TS, 20PA...but a 16 in bio. They are okay, but not great.

They matter. In the end, every university wants students who are academically astute.

Wow. That sucks! Anyhow, hopefully, you'll get in. Can't believe Tufts is waitlisting so many applicants! Boy, I suppose I'll be on it, too, in 2 weeks time. 🙁

Don't give up I was on the waitlist last year. I just found out I got in today😍. They still have a lot of spots to fill. So people interviewing in March there is still hope!

first of all congrats on getting into Tufts! but on the flip side, i don't think you being on the waitlist LAST cycle and getting in THIS cycle isn't very good hope for people on the waitlist or those that have an interview coming up.

No idea. But, we should see some movement post April 15th.

Anyone on the tufts waitlist been accepted to another school? This is a stupid question but I turned my deposit in to another school, but I am still interested in Tufts, do I have to take my name off the waitlist by may 1st? Thanks!

You can keep your name on it as long as possible... at least thats how it was last year. If you take your name off you lose your waitlist deposit. Might as well stay on, if you get in thats great, if not at least you get your money back
