Just a quick question for you guys... On the AADSAS mobile portal under supplemental it says that I have to missing items from Tufts. My check for the supplemental fee is in the mail, but I have no idea what the second item could be. Any ideas? I will probably call them tomorrow, but just wanted to see if anybody had an idea of what it could be.

I don't know about Tufts specifically, but some schools just don't update that information through AADSAS, so even if it says something is not received, chances are that they have received it. You will want to call just to confirm though!

Yeah, I have one that documented 65 hours. Does it have to be a general dentist?

Did this "two missing items" update occur after your status on AADSAS was Received/Under Review? I'm starting to worry that my dentist might not have included the number of hours I shadowed.... crap.

My dentist forgot to include the number of hours I shadowed him for and my status has said "received/under review" for a few weeks now. I also emailed tufts about it and they said that they'll overlook that for interviews but once granted an interview they'll ask for our dentist to verify our hours then...

I thought this was a pretty rare requirement from Tufts also. Maybe you could ask your dentist to write up a letter real quick with the amount of hours you shadowed. I remember reading this on Tufts website and thinking to myself, "are they trying to disqualify a bunch of applicants?"
