Looking for any advice to reduce the price of tuition. How many programs offer reduced tuition if I were to, say, become a graduate teaching assistant for an undergraduate anatomy and physiology course, or become a resident assistant in the dorm rooms? Which programs are known to offer opportunities such as these?

Tuition is tuition. You can't get around it. Being a graduate teaching assistant or an RA is just a job that gives you a little extra money each month. You don't get discounts just for working for the school. It would be more productive and a better use of your time for you to research ways to pay tuition rather than ways to avoid paying it.
