The visa would need to correspond to the type of activity you are doing in the US. It can't simply be some "non-touristic visa" as far as I am aware...

Are you asking about how to pay for tuition and/ fees? What do you mean by ‘ non-touristic’?

You could probably try for a loan through discover or sallie mae with a co-signor that is a US citizen.

1. Transfer from a bank account. Yours, parents, relatives
2. Loan from home country
3. Loan from the US bank
