I hadn't even thought of it until now, but do any of the public schools that have tuition reciprocity for undergrad. have reciprocity for their medical schools? E.g., a MN resident getting resident tuition at U of WI med. school?

Not that I am aware of. The case you stated is certainly not true. MN resident - Wisconsin med - nope.

I think the only cases where there is that kind of deal is for people from states that don't have a medical school...
