What exactly is the 75% return on tuition for students at John Hopkins?

Who exactly is it available to? -I found two different places which said 'all masters' and another which said 'only MHS'.

How much exactly is it? It is 75% of second year, or 75% of the total tuition?

The second year of the MHS/MSPH is reduced by 75% because of the extended period of field work/employment during that year; the first year is not reduced. The MPH program is only one year long and is full tuition.

I think the master's tuition scholarship (MTS) is for ScM/MHS/MSPH.
