Tulane ACP acceptances

I'm just wondering if anyone who has applied to the Tulane ACP program has heard back yet???

I know they only had 12 spots this year for the program and that they should've sent letters out this past week or so.

Any info would be helpful...

I'd call the office and check. My letter from ACP took a while when I did the program...I ended up calling and they told me I was in.

I too am waiting to hear from Tulane's ACP program, does anybody have any news/updates? I know they said that we probably would not hear anything before July 15th, but I'm still getting a little nervous. Also, comments from anyone with first hand experience with this program would be greatly appreciated.

I know a few people that got their letter a few weeks ago. You guys should call the office and check your status since they might have gotten lost in the mail.

I'm an alternate, but no idea which number.

I don't know about Group 1 or 2. These were never mentioned to me. How do you know which group you are in? Does anyone have anymoree info?

I haven't heard about group 1 or 2 either.

I sure hope that tomorrow some emails are sent or some phone calls are made so this waiting game can be over.

I'm assuming you are both alternates as well....is that correct?

Yes, I am an alternate as well.....pretty awesome not knowing where you're going to be in three weeks. Today is the day....I can feel it! Keep on truckin' you guys.

I just spoke with the acp office and they said that no news would be given out until Moday or later....bummer.

I just got an email from Shannon Dawsey (the secretary in the ACP office) and she said

"Letters will be sent out Monday afternoon indicating if all seats are filled or not."

So I'm not sure if those letters will contain acceptances or just to let us know that they are not all filled.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Apparently only 1 more person needs to accept to fill up the program. Hope it goes to one of you.

Did you speak to someone in the office? Who was it? Were you accepted or are you an alternate? Just wondering...

I got a couple of PMs, and I'll just answer them here so you guys can all see it. I got that information from Ms. Dawsey, I would suggest calling her on Monday and talking to her yourself. However, like I said, I wouldn't bet on getting in.

Sorry guys, but I just got an email from Shannon Dawsey stating that all spots were filled and that they were not able to get to the alternate list this year. She said that they keep our names on file just in case someone cannot attend, but she also said that she is mailing back my deposit check today.

Sorry but....that stinks. 🙁
